LifeCast is one such tool by iTunes which let’s you organize the events of a day. You can make note of what to do at work and at the outdoors. It offers support for multiple languages such as French, Spanish, Italian and German. You can even post text and photos to tumblr and Blogger. It also offers Geo tagging.
ShoZu (iTunes) as many describe it is simply awesome. It offers an expansive list of social media platform access.
Pownce (iTunes) seems like a mobile version of twitter. It is a nifty service and is available on iPhone for download.
